The use of this site and the engagement of our web development services are governed by these terms. By starting a project with Dynalty, you agree to comply with these rules.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Services & Projects
All project requests constitute an intent to engage our services subject to validation. Project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in a separate Statement of Work.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are typically divided into milestones (deposit, development, launch). We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Intellectual Property
Code, designs, and content produced by Dynalty remain our property until full payment is received, at which point ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing necessary assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure project timelines are met.
6. Limitation of Liability
Dynalty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or delivered products.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases, the client remains liable for all work performed up to the termination date.
